It happens. Some of our best people are also quite strong minded and want to do things their way, because hey, it worked in the past! This is a problem for the team to develop in a cohesive and collaborative mode of work. However this does not be an impossible problems for us Scrum Masters. Adolfo walks us through how he solved such a situation. In this episode we refer to the book Crucial Conversations by Patterson et al., a guide to handling difficult, but necessary conversations in our teams. Wonderful resource for fellow ScrumMasters
Great show, with a good energy. The timing (5 days a week for 10-15 min each) makes it really easy to follow and thus even more enjoyable! Vasco, the host has great moderation skills and really manages to reformulate the guest's ideas in a simple and comprehensible way as well as asking the right questions at the right time!

Valuable resource for every Scrum Master out there
A wide variety of guests answering each day a different set of questions that are very relevant for every Scrum Master. Episodes are 15 minutes or so thus easy to listened e.g. while commuting. I'd rate many episodes even with 5 stars but perhaps the average is 4 stars.
