In 2003, after a globetrotting career as a broadcast journalist, Nancy Durham and her philosopher husband planted a lavender field on their Welsh farm. What began as a passion project evolved into a much-loved company that distills lavender oil to create creams, balms and chocolate, all inspired by Welsh hill farmers. Durham tells Daniel Giacopelli about her transition from journalist to farmer, as well as mistakes made and lessons learned.

Real voices and a great variety
I've been following this show every week for the past 8 months. But I've had some problems playing it from Stitcher the past 3 weeks. As an aspiring entrepreneur I take away a lot from voices of entrepreneurs on ground - their triumphs, challenges and ideas. It is also well curated - good themes, trends, people and places. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs not only a dose of inspiration but also a reality check as they navigate through setting up on their own.
