uplifting and mindset change
I am a woman who by 36 years of age have done some damage to my body by dieting, working out, giving up, mentally beating myself up and starting the cycle again. My mindset has been the most damaging. In searching for some positive help and workout tips I fell upon your site/podcast (even tho I was trying to avoid Man Land). I mostly started following because I like your physique and I like that you aren't 'only' focused on bulking but I stayed because of your positive message and love of the journey. Your message has given me the space to love myself, my body and the process of sculpting. My entire thought process has changed and I am having much more success. Thank you for doing what you do.
