This guided meditation is great for helping your mind set aside the kinds of over thinking that can lead to anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. It is designed for you to use to train your mind towards more of a calm detachment to anxiety creating thoughts, and over thinking off all kinds by learning how to see those thoughts as something in front of you, instead of inside of you.
This meditation is useful for alleviating they symptoms of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm.
By practicing mindful techniques of conscious observation, detachment, and non-judgement you will find you are more able to quieten and relax your overly active mind. Developing a calming sense of detachment from your thoughts also naturally increases your confidence and your self acceptance - allowing you to become a more self assured person in the present moment.
