My name is Mallisa and I'm a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, photographer, CrossFitter, yoga enthusiast, coffee snob, dog mom, and nut butter's biggest fan.
Since losing 70 pounds in 2009, fitness and nutrition have truly become my biggest passions. I love getting to play a small part in people's physical and mental transformations. I created this podcast as a platform for honest conversations about the struggles and triumphs of weight loss, nutrition, self love, body image, and lifting heavy things.

This week Beth and I are covering meal prep- from just getting started to seasoned (see what I did there) vets. She and I definitely have our own ways of doing things- just like you do or will after you get started.
We wanted to give you guys a place to start and some tips for making being prepared easier than you probably think.
Feel free to submit questions if there are some topics regarding meal prep you'd like us to elaborate on. We are 100% open to doing a part two if there is enough demand!
Also, if you want to hear about Beth's Tinder escapades (and trust me, you do), she gives us a glimpse into that aspect of her life. I don't know about you guys, but I find the whole concept of Tinder totally fascinating, and being a married women I have to get my inside scoop from others.
