A yoga class or a swim. A trip to the coffee shop, just you and a book. A nice long walk to go back to nature. A relaxing massage. A bubble bath with a glass of champagne and an early night. It doesn’t matter what it is, the important thing is you do it. Just do something. And then see how it makes you feel. Has your attitude towards your kids, work, home or husband changed? Please leave a comment: Tell me in the comments. What did you do and how did it make you feel? Do you feel like you’re being selfish when you do something for yourself? How will you change your thinking into believing you’re actually being smart by taking some time for yourself? Michelle and I are here to spur you on and help you in any way we can.
