How do you handle criticism? Criticism can be hard to take. Personally, I used to feel stung when someone criticized me, even if they were trying to help. When you make a mistake or receive criticism, the only way to handle it is to focus on being great. Get back in favor by letting people see you have a great attitude and you have learned a lesson. A Truly Encouraging Podcast
I feel lucky to have recently discovered Lee's podcast. Each episode has great ideas that I can apply to both my professional and family life. The 15 minute format is perfect for my morning commute to work. And more often than not, I start my day feeling encouraged and more optimistic that I can make a difference, despite the challenges that I know I'll be facing throughout the day. This is good stuff!
