I love this!
I stumbled across this podcast a couple weeks ago and I can't stop listening! I love the variety of guests. It is inspiring and helping my motivation! I've run 5 marathons and my last one a couple years ago felt devastating and made me want to quit all together. My runner friends have been putting pressure to do another one but I've had my doubts. After listening to some of your guests, I signed up and am back working up to some long runs again! Thanks so much for doing these interviews. Sometimes it is exactly what we need to hear to get us back out there! Keep up the great work Tina!

not a lot of substance
I like the runners connect site a lot and i purchased the strength training program for runners and i really like it so far. unfortunately this podcast is not as good as the rest of their services. the podcast has some good ideas but they often do not provide much substance. many of the guests and topics seem very gimmicky. for a website that prides itself on using scientifically tested methods their podcast sure has a lot of fluff

My running companion
Runner's Connect is my favorite podcast to listen to while running. There is so much good information and you can review the notes/links afterwards.
