The show's Go To Real Food Dietitian, Serena Marie, RD answers listener's questions and busts food myths.
Our goal is to help you stop thinking of running in terms of “miles to complete” and start thinking of running as a lifestyle that includes balancing running with the rest of your life.

Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, and life coach, Dr. Teri Goetz, updates Kari on her struggles with Sjögren's syndrome and Lyme disease and how an elimination diet has helped her immensely. The ladies also discuss how acupuncture can help people (and runners in particular), what you may not know about eggs, what to do with 3:00 a.m. worries, and how self care is health care. Kari also shares an exercise on how to manage worries.
