This episode is a special one. It was the first time in over a month that Jordan, Joe, and David were united, and we are joined by Matt Kirby & Joe Martin. Joe Martin being on makes this a mini-reunion of the Second Rate Superfans Podcast Jordan and him were once on! This episode is a little different as 90% of this episode is spent covering all the big news out of SDCC '17 and other news as we cover the Ben Affleck Batman story, the Justice League trailer, the Thor Ragnarok trailer, a break down of the Infinity War footage, other trailers, Noah Hawley doing a Doctor Doom movie for Fox, Shazam is the next movie to go into production in the DCEU, as well as other movies announced by WB in the DCEU including Flashpoint (which we talk a lot about), Green Lantern Corps, and many more! We also had some DC animated movies announced, some Captain Marvel news, Todd McFarlane and his Spawn reboot get the green light, and much, MUCH, more. We also discuss & rate the season 7 premiere of Game of Thrones after all this news, and then Joe Martin rates and gives a spoiler-free review of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. Thanks for listening to this SDCC '17 episode, and feel free to let us know what you think of everything we learned this weekend! Contact us, and follow us below:
