Nothing short of extraordinary
The show (as well as the blog) is just off the hook. Loads of first class information and insight on topics of self-development in all its shapes and forms, be it fitness, nutrition, habits, self-discipline, spirituality and what not. The selection of people Jeff puts the mike in front of (including himself!) is simply mind-boggling. One can always learn something from each of the Jeff's podcasts, that are, incidentally, very concise and not too frequent which makes them a perfect way to feed your brain with actionable, top-notch, self-development advice and apply it on a regular basis. He also provides a lot of links to other absolutely amazing sources of information (e.g. books, podcasts, blogs) for people whose goal for every day is to become better than they were the day before. Having listened to one of the episodes I felt that this show was something very special and got hooked straight away. One billion percent recommended.
