Latoya has worked in the past with 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which dedicated to empowering women, and children. She has experiences in health, social, behavior, and educational services within her line of career roles. She has played the role of a case manager, teaching, program coordinator, life skills facilitator just to name a few.
Latoya has chosen to direct her passion towards community and individual growth. Her life calling is to train, transform, and empower individuals to reach their fullest potential in life. She believes that “cycles and patterns can be broken through the practice of coaching”.

Enjoyable Organizing tips
I enjoy istening to Janet's Podcast. I am considering getting into the organizational field in the future. She has great tips on how to handle various organizational situations and how to resolve them. Even discusses how to handle emotional issues that may be causing the problem.
