Social Media & Professional Sports - An Interview with Joel Hammond, Part Two - Episode 27
May 29 15
It's interviews like this one that make me love podcasting. We really enjoyed chatting with Joel Hammond of the Cleveland Indians and in today's episode, you will catch part two of that interview. If you didn't get a chance to listen to part one, go back and do that now.
This week you'll hear about Joel's perspective on how to measure the success of social media and the associated challenges of that. He also dives into the brutal side of social media and how it can affect an organization like the Indians. I was particularly interested in hearing how different social media managers from professional sports teams work together and how much they collaborate.
