Making and sustaining meaningful changes can be difficult. It is cozy inside the organizational envelope where mind-share can be prevalent and behavioral protocols may even prevent change. Previous investments are forgotten or taken for granted because they no longer fulfill their promise. Instead outdated processes and lingering platforms create an insidious form of busy work that neither generates insight or improves efficiency.
