Really Enjoying So Far
As a new meditator, i thought i would check out some podcasts, listened to 4 episodes so far, and found the host really sincere and genuine, and some of the guest speakers interesting also. I've listened to some previous self help podcasts and feel that they can be a bit of a sales pitch which is off putting, thankfully i feel this podcaster has a genuine love of meditation and it resonates, will be listening to other episodes and would recomend this to anyone who is curious about meditation.
