The Holiday Season is upon us, and your calendar and to do list are filling up. You are probably thinking you don’t have time to worry about your health and wellness right now. But, I want to convince you otherwise. In this episode, I’m going to explain why you shouldn’t just coast to the end of the year. (Hint, you don’t want to arrive at January 1st with a ton of guilt and shame that will sabotage your New Year’s Resolutions before you even start!) Then, I am going to give you a reasonable action plan. You won’t have time for long workouts or sessions on your yoga mat over the next few weeks. So, I’ve got inspiration for simple exercises you can do while you shop, bake, road trip, watch tv and party this Holiday Season!
