In this Psalm, the author Moses takes us back to creation and reminds us that God is an everlasting God. And although it was written 2000 + years ago, we can identify with it today and it brings us great hope. We are reminded that under heaven, nothing is stable but God does not change. He is entirely and perfectly present; he is an eternal God with a plan and a purpose. We are called to take the ordinary and mundane things of our days and prioritize them in light of the eternal God.
