I had a heart attack when I was 34 years old. There was no warning and I had not been prepared. My story is here for you if you would like to know more. While I was in the hospital I searched for a support group that could help answer some of my many questions without any success.

If The Worst Nightmare Can Happen, Then So Can The Best Outcome Possible
Could you imagine what it would feel like to shift careers without realizing that it would lead to a path of overcoming marital betrayal (with special circumstances), alcohol abuse, job loss, divorce, six months of incarceration and bankruptcy? Vidal had hit rock bottom. In a state of an alcoholic depression, he awoke in a jail cell to hear his name plastered all over the local news as the driver in a high-speed chase. He thought, "If the worst nightmare can happen, then so can the best outcome possible — Why not?!?"
This is the story where he allows himself to be vulnerable and shares it all. May his second chance story inspire you from where ever you are to believe you to can overcome any obstacle in your way! Unlike Anything Else Out there!
These are the stories you can’t find anywhere else. Near death experiences impact many lives and the lessons learned through those experiences are immeasurably important. Awesome job Gina! I can’t wait to hear more.

Interesting and unique topic
This is a very unique topic--certainly different than your average podcast. Also very interesting...it really makes you appreciate every day that you're alive.
