It’s the town of Cold Lake’s bicentennial, and it’s time to celebrate. From the ice fishing fleets to Local Artist Linda Klaver’s Open Mic Night at Debbie’s Bar/Bait Shop, this is their year and gosh darn if they’re not gonna shine. It’s Garrison Keillor meets Martin McDonagh in this splice of rural Americana.
