Jessica and Kevan welcome back Mel Scott from Blind Alive & Eyes Free Fitness. Mel updates us on how 2016 went for Blind Alive and what her plans for 2017. She will be releasing a ballet bar routine and several more audio described workout routines in the upcoming year, so stay tuned to see when they are ready. Matt Simpson is a US Paralympian for the US Men’s Goalball team. Team USA Men’s Goalball won a silver medal in the Paralympics this year in Rio. Matt talks a little about 2016 and some plans for Team USA in 2017. The Atlanta Falcons have invited all of the Olympians and paralympians from Georgia to be honored at their game against the San Francisco 49ers. Matt tells us about the upcoming tournaments and international tournaments they will be participating in this upcoming year and working towards the next Paralympics in Tokyo in 2020.
