Most Recent Episode
E65: Sleep and Weight Loss | Foot Issues | Living Alone
Randy is back this week and joins John to talk about the importance of sleep, how it can affect your weight loss and training, and ways to fix and adapt to a natural circadian rhythm. The ongoing drama of John vs. Feet is also discussed, and is becoming quite the issue as the 100 mile run gets closer and closer.
This week's music is the classic "Me and Julio" by Paul Simon and ends with "I'm Alive" by Mr. Aday (Meatloaf).

A New Show for the Back of Pack Endurance Guys
No longer with Back of Pack Endurance, John joined forces with fellow Ironman Coach Randy Messman and started the branded FST shows a few months ago. More training focused than BOPE was, it still has the same conversational aspect and is an easy listen.
