Movie Lovers Unite!
Plain and simple, this podcast is for anyone who LOVES movies. NOT JUST HORROR MOVIES...Patrick & Joe spend very little time actually discussing the movie they're watching & a bunch of time talking about everything else...especially -you guessed it!- movies. These guys love movies & get in funny debates about whether or not Mrs. Doubtfire is good or the merits of Batman Returns. The dynamic between them is very entertaining, with P often getting exasperated w/Joe who frequently re-tells anecdotes that he's mentioned previously. They both have lots of fun LA Stories (!) of their own, like the time Juliette Lewis showed up early at P's birthday party unexpectedly. Occasionally they attempt impressions to varying degrees of success (the high point being each as Sam Elliott conversing w/the other.) Basically I'm in love with them both as a result of this podcast, I'm in quite a pickle. This podcast is quite honestly a highlight of my life these days!
