This week I battled the wind and rain to meet Erin, a freelance TV producer who lives aboard a lovely little 45 foot narrow boat called Molly. Erin is the first continuous cruiser that I've spoken to for River Living. Put basically, it means that she has to move her home every fourteen days or risk having it impounded until she's paid a fine. While this might sound somewhat draconian, the idea is the keep river traffic moving and not have people bagging good moorings for free, and it works pretty well. Erin doesn't have any pets, so here's a picture of the first decoration she got for Molly, a small goat called Pleasant Goat. He's a Chinese cartoon character, obviously. As ever, thanks for taking the time to listen to my odd little podcast. Follow me on Twitter and Facebook, and if you've not subscribed to the series, please do.
