Reverse Diabetes and Bad Health

Recently came across the topic of reversing diabetes on Good Morning America, I was disappointed by it because it touched upon the same things that everyone knows about exercise and nutrition being important. What made it worse for me was the fact that they shared a study of a group going through a program with a personal trainer and following a healthy diet. Everyone received great results and improvements, but after the program ended found that majority of the participants were right back to where they started. That just made me want to share some insights on this problem not from a diabetes standpoint but from a fitness professional who is tired of organizations and the fitness industry not focusing on the MAIN PROBLEM!!!
