His office does a great job making the teachings available through its official webcast. Now they are available in a podcast here as MP3 audio files encoded at 64Kbps mono. I love listening to Dalai Lama
I love listening to the Dalai Lama. His messages are so uplifting and he always puts things into prospective when I feel out of sorts. And his voice is so soothing and cute that I even enjoy it when he speaks in Tibetan even though I don't understant it..
