It is seeing the real potential within ourselves and helping our mind to make our beliefs a reality. This podcast will help you start talking and thinking differently about what is possible, which in turn will then help you to make it physical happen in your life.
Words are like magic. You can either create amazing things with what you say, or you can create destructive force through your words and thoughts. July 25th- #206 Tag Me Tuesday The Strong Within Daily Affirmation Podcast Creating the body I want is easy for me When I am working with people, I don’t help people to focus on losing weight…I help people to focus on what they want. We have the tendency to focus on what we don’t want and try to church it up and make it positive in our focus. For example, if you were to say I don’t to be fat, your subconscious will not hear the word want, it will ONLY hear the subject you’re talking about…so when you say I don’t want to be fat…your subconscious only hears the word FAT and negates the word DON’T. That’s why when we are writing goals down or using affirmations we want to focus on the positive want, NOT what we don’t want. Now I know it’s hard to find what we want at times, so sometimes to find clarity in what we truly want we have to first look at what we don’t want.but we mustn’t stop there…we need to take it a step further to change our wording to what we want without the negatives in it. The final thought or affirmation should focus on what you want …not on what you don’t want. When you learn to think this way, you actually focus on the root of what you want. Instead of saying I don’t want to be poor or I want to be rich… you might say I allow money to flow freely into my life and will always have more than I need. Instead of saying I don’t want to be fat or I want to be at such and such a weight…you might say I want and will fit into clothes that make me look sexy and feel confident in myself. Instead of saying I don’t want to be alone or if the right person comes into my life I will be happy…you might say I will work on bettering myself so I allow and attract the right person into my life when we both are ready. Affirmations aren’t wishful or hopeful thinking…it’s actually a way to get your mind prepared in being crystal clear in what you want…so you can take action to better yourself and allow your wants to become a reality through your effort, and it is also taking down your walls that are blocking you from what you want so you can attract the things you want more freely and easier into your life.
