I have adapted the concept by asking myself what five things do I need to do four times a week? These disciplines are chosen from the areas listed above. Ideally, I try to have a primary and secondary goal in each of the five areas. This allows me to ignore long-term results knowing all I have to do is stay on task each week - practicing my five disciplines four times each week. If I do more than four it's not a problem but minimally I need to do four. How do you plan to make this your most productive year yet?
