Bullets, Bombs, & Beers Podcast
About This Show
A comedic, enthusiastic, and sometimes cynical discussion of action movies. And beer. Lots of beer.
Do you enjoy any and all action movies ranging from Commando to Taken? Is Die Hard your favorite Christmas movie? Does the idea of a pun-based one-liner right before the the hero of the movie defeats the bad guy thrill and excite you? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, this may be the podcast for you. Every week, you can listen to Josh, Trevor, and Zach discuss some great (and some not-so-great) action movies along with whatever delicious craft beer that they happen to be drinking at the time. Enjoy!

BBB PRESENTS: NETFLIX & KILL-I Guess the House is Alive? (The Haunting)
Well hello there strangers, it has been awhile. Before you ask, the answer is yes, we missed you too. Let's just forget about the long absence and get right into it, shall we? This week we watched 1999's The Haunting. We regretted getting back into podcasting shortly after the credits rolled. This is not a good movie, but it's not without its...charms(?). What we recommend is getting real loose on prescription painkillers, climbing into your bathtub with your clothes on and listening to us discuss Cathy Jones, the many "Wows" of Owen Wilson, and Crayola crayons. Editor's note: This movie is no longer available to stream on Netflix but it was at the time of recording. Also, Josh is now aware that despite his claim, "The Strangers" is rated R, not PG-13. Please don't forgive him. Download and stream the episode here, on iTunes here, or on Stitcher here. Thank you for listening! The song playing at the end of the episode is "The Carousel" by Jerry Goldsmith. You can buy it here. Contact the show at firstname.lastname@example.org.
