Great Info from Actual Investors
The Bigger Pockets Podcasts consistently feature quality guests who bring real, useable information to the show. The podcasts reflect the nature of the Bigger Podcast site: few frills, no fluff, just solid information and conversation among folks who are actively making a living in real estate investing. The podcasts are a refreshing alternative to slick infomercials and the guru speaking circuit; the guests on these shows actually make money in real estate, not in speaking engagements and the sale of "educational" materials. Listening to the shows is like meeting an expert for coffee each week: informal, sometimes goofy, but jam-packed with tips, advice, and information.

Great Show. I've been Listening for over 2 Years
Excellent show. I've been listening to these shows for the last 2 years. Josh and Brandon do a good job keeping it light, but informative. If you are interested in learning about how to get into real estate and you want a no-hype podcast to learn from, this is it.
The user forums on the BiggerPockets website have a great cuIture and tend to expel "get-rich quick" schemers from the forums very quickly. I always learn something new from the podcast interviews each week that I'm able to try out in my real estate business to make it just a little bit better.

Good content, could use more of it
My frustration with this podcast is how much the hosts talk compared to the guests. It seems like they want everyone to hear how smart they are rather than letting the guests shine, one more than the other. That same one almost exclusively makes his comments in snarky sarcasm in high amounts that are really hard to tolerate. I keep hoping he'll stop with the unfunny sarcasm or just let the other guy host by himself.

Empowering information with a HUMOR
This show has given me a new lease on life. I went from not knowing what i wanted to do or where to start (but being interested in the possibility of real estate) to writing a business plan, getting financing and now i'm looking to make my second deal. The great resources (free ebooks, forums etc.) contained within BP are thorough and easy to understand and the community of people to network with/or ask questions/ find answers is huge! Thank you BP for helping me take charge of my future!

Best real estate podcast out there - hands down!
I am starting out in real estate investing and in the "education" phase. I have listened to literally 80+ hours of podcasts and done a ton of reading. Bugger Pockets' podcast and Biggerpockets.com have proved to be THE source for learning, networking, and finding opportunities to invest. Phenomenal resources, and ZERO slimy real estate gurus waiting in the shadows to take your money!

BP has made us over $200k in 2014... and counting
BP has seriously upgraded my real estate toolbox. I've learned new ways to do/find deals and built great relationships to propel our business BEYOND the next level. In 6 months, part-time, we went from 8 to 24 doors, with 82 total properties under management... plus a bonus of a 60-day flip that made $150k! I had no idea how to do most of this before finding BP! Will be quitting 6-digit corporate job to double my salary as a full-time investor by 2015!

Recently Addicted!
I never listened to a single podcast and this became my first a few weeks ago (yes the January effect, Josh!). I listened to 5 the first day and within a couple days made a plan, took action, and I'm well on my way to my next investment property! I love all the different backgrounds of all the guests and the hosts dig into important topics and make it easy to understand for newbies by explaining every acronym and basic concept real time.

Great Resource
In looking for solid, practical information of aspects of RE investing I came across Bigger Pockets and have really enjoyed the down to earth, practical, helpful information (most of it free). Podcasts have been very informative and the ebooks and articles have been great for specific topics/questions. They obviously are trying very hard to develop a useful resource for new and experienced investors to learn from. keep up the good work!
