BangTheBook Sports Betting Talk Radio Podcast January 20
< 1 day ago
We'll welcome in a new guest on this Friday edition of BangTheBook Radio and also hear from an old friend. Host Adam Burke will start of the show by letting listeners have a peek from the other side of the counter with Brent from DSI Sportsbook on this week's version of The Odds Report. There's a lot of investment in this weekend's NFL playoff games with the Packers vs. Falcons and Steelers vs. Patriots lines picking up some action and a whole lot of public money. Brent forecasted where those lines may go and talked about how the money is shaping up.
Our new guest will be Rob Pizzola of Prediction Machine. Rob is a really brilliant sports mind, especially on the handicapping side, so we're very fortunate to get his thoughts and insights. We'll start with a look at the Prediction Machine software and how it sees the Conference Championship games this weekend and the Super Bowl odds with just four teams left standing. After that, we'll focus a little bit more on Rob as a handicapper and talk about his NHL handicapping and his analytics-based approach.

The Best Podcast You're Currently Not Listening To
As a longtime podcast listener I'm always weary when someone suggests a new podcast to add into my weekly lineup. But I'm pleased to say this podcast deserves to be in your weekly lineup! I've been listening to this podcast since the start of football season (NCCA & NFL) and it's always insightful and always posted on time (an underrated but valuable point). BTB radio podcasts are an absolute must-listen for anyone interested in handicapping and or sports in general. The perspectives Kyle, Adam, Cole, Joe, and the entire team provide (for free) will certainly improve your knowledge of handicapping but also help you improve your current systems/approach which translates to gains. My favorite aspect of the show is the honesty and complete explanation of their thought processes/perspectives. It's like going to handicapping class multiple times a week while you're taking care of day-to-day life. Do yourself a favor and add BangTheBook Radio to your lineup!
