Now this isn't a health and fitness related podcast, far from it. But those of you who know Paula and myself, we are extremely dedicated to building health and wellness in all those people around us. Eating fruits and vegetables is absolutely essential for your body to repair, and function in the way it needs to. It's not really a matter of choice, it's more a matter of necessity. So this is a very serious podcast, and for those people who do suffer with the anxiety and fear around fruits and vegetables, the implications are more than just being fussy with food. The science tells us, though well rounded balance diet including fresh fruits and vegetables is essential for our bodies to grow, repair, create and feel the way that they need to feel. It really works!
I've been listening to Paula's podcast off and on for the past year. I've listened to a bunch of them and they really do work. You have to keep an open mind, of course. But I listed to one about eating healthy and ate a super healthy, natural food diet for the next month. I did one on binge drinking and didn't touch alcohol for a month (the longest I'd gone in years). I keep trying to get my family to listen to her. I listened to one about stress with Mike the other day and felt super chill for the next couple hours. Like I always tell people, hypnotherapy is just like guided meditation - it helps you get to such a good relaxation state that your subconscious actually listens to the advice. I highly recommend it. Also, I'm in the US and I think it is pretty cool she can help from the UK! Paula, your voice is so soothing. Thank you guys!
