Guests: Ryan Winmill, JD, Founder & President, Winmill Group Ryan Winmill is the founder and President of the Winmill Group and is also a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. Ryan has worked extensively on security planning and preparedness projects and is a leading expert in the field. From 2003 to 2004, he served as the Homeland Security Specialist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety (EOPS). In that capacity, Ryan was responsible for the Boston Urban Area Security Initiative Budget of $21 million. Ryan also served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he managed exercise activities in 15 states, from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Ryan entered the private sector as a consultant. Jack Nichols, Esq., Director and General Counsel, Creative Services, Inc. Jack Nichols is Director and General Counsel for Creative Services, Inc. In 2008, Jack joined the CSI team following a successful career in law enforcement that culminated in his appointment as Special Assistant to the Attorney General with the Virgin Islands Department of Justice and, most recently, as Special Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Portland, Maine. In addition to earning his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law, Jack holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science, graduating magna cum laude, from Southern Maine Technical College and from the University of Southern Maine. Jack is licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Federal Court-District of Massachusetts, and is a member of the Federal, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations.
