Awesome show! Well worth your time.
Great stuff from the boys at 180 Nutrition. I have learnt so much and have made huge changes for the better when it comes to my eating and overall health. Their guests are always interesting and often fun, and I never fail to pick up something new from each show... Give it a go as you won't be disappointed!
