Partner Support and Content Operations Specialist
The Partner Support and Content Operations Specialist will be the liaison between our brands content partners and internal teams responsible for providing the span of technical services we offer (hosting, distribution, data, monetization), ensuring we continue to deliver world-class products. This position will be intimately familiar with the content lifecycle, from conception to successful deployment, and thus serves as a primary resource for directives when the need for new processes emerge or setbacks arise. This role reports to the Head of Content Operations.
Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, highly organized, familiar with industry trends and excited to contribute to the growth of the podcast and audio content landscape. A passion for problem-solving and ensuring our partners feel supported and excited about being on Stitcher/Midroll is an additional quality we seek. The ideal team member will enjoy educating others through empowering them with accurate, concise information.
What You'll Do:
Oversee operations for original content, as well as onboard and manage partner content on both the Midroll and Stitcher platforms
Partner support: onboarding education, facilitate show requests, new partner outreach and manage promotional campaign
requests (tool improvements, automation, general optimization)
Onboard client partners, develop launch plans, and coordinate timelines with stakeholders
Work with our owned and operated content brand teams to orchestrate cross-promotional campaigns and prioritize premium content initiatives
Work with our sales team to build monetized campaigns that meet deadlines and deliverables
External communications: through social media and email, communicate scheduled maintenance, product announcements, and anticipate FAQs
What You Bring:
1-3 years of content operations/marketing experience
Helpdesk support experience is a must, crisis communications experience preferred
Excellent writing and communication skills
Familiarity with content management systems
Highly organized, responsive problem-solver who's always armed with Plans B, C, and D
Comfortable with Google Business tools (gmail, calendar, spreadsheets)
Passion for talk content, podcasts and digital innovation generally
Editorial experience with social media, copywriting, or public relations is a plus
Experience with audio editing tools (Audition, Audacity, etc.) also a plus
Creative, enthusiastic, and collaborative
Education & Experience/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Audio Production, Digital Media, or equivalent years of experience Work Environment
Minimal travel
Minimal weekend and/or holiday work required
New York Area candidates preferred - job location will be in New York, New York
