Currently Seeking
The Partner Support and Content Operations Specialist will be the liaison between our brands content partners and internal teams responsible for providing the span of technical services we offer (hosting, distribution, data, monetization), ensuring we continue to deliver world-class products. This position will be intimately familiar with the content lifecycle, from conception to successful deployment, and thus serves as a primary resource for directives when the need for new processes emerge or setbacks arise. This role reports to the Head of Content Operations.
Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, highly organized, familiar with industry trends and excited to contribute to the growth of the podcast and audio content landscape. A passion for problem-solving and ensuring our partners feel supported and excited about being on Stitcher/Midroll is an additional quality we seek. The ideal team member will enjoy educating others through empowering them with accurate, concise information.
